We lead and support efforts to significantly expand and improve electrification, making electric vehicle charging more convenient, simpler, and more transparent for drivers and vehicle fleet operators.

Our project is to make available the digital recharging services that are important for electrification strategies in general and the electrification of the automotive industry in particular. Knowing that upstream, automotive companies are working to integrate charging solutions into vehicle operating systems, offering Vehicle Plug & Charges and chargers for better communication.

Our human rights policy is a framework to ensure that our behavior towards employees, contractors, and external stakeholders is responsible and respectful. To ensure that we understand the nature of our human rights impacts, we perform due diligence and engage with stakeholders on a regular basis. When we identify potential impacts, we are also identifying ways to avoid or mitigate them.

As such, all members of the Board of Directors, employees, and individual contractors of Eclat Energies must act with integrity, professionalism, and fairness at all times, and report any concerns they may have regarding the conduct of others.
We have zero-tolerance for corruption and maintain strong compliance policies and methodology. This includes our business principles and anti-corruption compliance policy. We are constantly monitoring and working to improve our performance.
All employees, board members, and individual contractors of Eclat Energies are required to complete anti-corruption training annually and certify that they have read, understood, and will comply with our ethic and anti-corruption compliance policy.

In our business principles, we recognize the importance of resource revenues in contributing to sustainable development in our host countries. Eclat Energies believes that resource revenues are more likely to be managed in the best interest of a country if payments and receipts are made transparently and accountability measures are in place for the use of the revenues.
